Our
moods are like the weather, always changing, so we all have one
day a week when we ‘wake up on the wrong side of the bed’, either
from tiredness, or just miserable weather- so we look and feel
terrible, but how do you reverse that?
1.Well for starters, some of us try to smile, which most
of us think is cheesy and doesn’t help at all, but itactually
does. When you smile, it brightens up your face, and often your
day! If you keep on frowning, all that’s gonna do is make you
feel even more miserable than what you started feeling.

2.
If you’re a girl, you often should add a touch of make-up. If
you add concealer under your eyes, it will get rid of any bags
so if you did have a late night, it’s all hidden away.
3. Also, you should break down your daily ‘duties’ into
small chunks, so you don’t have loads to do at one point.
4. Plus, it’s good to have three healthy meals a day, to
keep your energy levels up, so when your playing football in the
rain during P.E, your not tired and useless.
5. Maybe you should do something special for yourself,
like eat your favourite foods, or read a good book, to get you
in a slightly happier mood.
6. Think of these three things- to motivate you throughout
your day: Been there Battled that And I came out with a bit more
confidence
7. Still not happy? Maybe people are saying your ugly which
is getting you down. Start by being happy with yourself inside
and out. You shouldn’t care what people think of you, as long
as your liked by others, even if it’s just your family, you should
do fine!
8. If you don’t like what you’re wearing (that often gets
people upset), your main motivator should be: keep it simple!
Too much of one colour, or jewellery is very over-whelming and
you might get teased, but still keep your own style in there,
don’t just follow the crowds, stand out! And set the trends I
hope that these tips will help you, remember- be yourself, Be
happy!
